A home-away-from-home that immerses the boys in the values and beliefs that define a Shore education.

To be a Boarder at Shore is a profound experience of our head, heart and soul philosophy. Here the boys live and learn with each other in a space of mutual respect and collaboration.
There are currently 200 Boarders at Shore – a varied mix of boys from regional and rural New South Wales, overseas and weekly Boarders. This short film will give you some valuable insights into the lives they lead with us.
The boys in our Boarding Houses live well structured lives. It’s essential for both their success and wellbeing that they learn to organise their days to optimise the opportunity for study, games, rest, and relaxation.
The weekend routine includes full sporting fixtures on Saturday, and all Boarders who are not on Boarders Weekend Leave participate in Chapel on Sunday morning.
On Sunday afternoons, the boys will go on group outings or play games, while some of the older students can enjoy supervised sessions in the gym.
