We are grateful to the Shore Community, who so generously give to support the boys. Here are some ways you can partner with us:
1. Make a Pledge over 3-5 years
To help meet our target of raising $20M from the School community for the Shore Physical Development Centre, we encourage you to consider making a gift to the School and spreading the payment of that gift over 3,4 or 5 years. All help and consideration is greatly received. For further information as to making a gift in such a way, call David Mason-Jones, Executive Director of the Shore Foundation on (02) 9956 1179 or via email on firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Online Donation Service
Our online giving facility ensures that making a difference to the future of Shore is as simple as choosing how you want to show your support and where you want to direct your donation.
Please click HERE to make a donation.
3. Parent Voluntary Donation Programme
The Shore Foundation asks the parent community to support this programme when paying School fees by including a tax deductible voluntary donation of $250 each term. In 2016/2017 voluntary donations paid totalled in excess of $350 000.00
The Foundation is grateful for these donations, as they provide invaluable support to the School on an ongoing basis.
4. Name a Picket or Seat
The Northbridge “Name a Picket” and “Name a Seat” appeal is an opportunity for all members of the Shore community to secure their place in the history of the School.
Only a limited number of pickets ($500) and seats ($1000) are still available, for you to record your family or son’s name at the Hawker Grandstand, Northbridge.
Please click HERE for our Pavilion Seat Naming Form and HERE for our Picket Naming Form.
5. Donate an auction prize
Auctions and raffles are a highlight at our Shore Foundation events. Holiday and luxury items are just some of the wonderful gifts we have received to help support the school. If you are able to donate suitable items, we would be sure to share your Company’s details with the Shore community.
6. Gift in a Will
Shore is grateful to have a strong legacy of philanthropy. Throughout the years, students, both past and present, have been beneficiaries of gifts in Wills, generosity that has empowered the School to provide the highest standard of education possible. The Foundation invites you to join both Old Boys and parents who have made a commitment to the students of tomorrow. By making a gift in your Will to The Shore Foundation, you are showing your commitment to helping us fulfil our goal of excellence and achievement in teaching, now and into the future.

7. Regular and Workplace Giving
We are pleased to be able to offer you the convenience of monthly Direct Debit from your bank account or credit card. To establish a Direct Debit arrangement please contact the Shore Foundation.
Some of our generous donors use Workplace Giving as a tax effective way to support the school. Employees contribute a portion of their pre-tax salary to the Shore Foundation (a Registered Charity with DGR status) and receive the tax benefit straight away.
Some Employers will also match donations made to eligible charities, thereby doubling the impact of your giving. Check with your employer as to whether this is available.
(Please seek Financial and Tax advice, regarding your individual circumstances.)
8. Giving from the USA
The AIS (USA) Foundation encourages individual and organisations to support education by receiving tax deductible donations. The USA Board of Directors periodically awards grants to Schools such as Shore.
The Australian Independent Schools USA Foundation was established in 2006 as an initiative of Newington College. The Foundation is incorporated and holds 501 .(C) (3) tax deductible status.
9. Giving from Hong Kong
The Chapel & York HK Foundation, formerly known as The Hong Kong Foundation for Charities, is an HK Registered Charity that give grants to organisations around the world, as directed by its donors. The Chapel & York HK Foundation is set up as a charity in Hong Kong under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. They are able to issue gift receipts for Hong Kong tax purposes.
