The Shore Archives is a depository of records relating to the history and culture of Shore and limited aspects of Old Boys' lives. A large proportion of the collection are photographs and memorabilia as well as audio-visual items, ephemera, documents and school items. The Bob Gowing Museum is located in a separate building to the Archives and houses displays of school life under each Headmaster as well as temporary exhibitions of other themes such as Old Boys efforts at war, recent donations and Graythwaite.
Shore Archives welcomes queries from people within the School community as well as genealogists, historians, authors, and other members of the general community. Any requests from the media must go via the Director of Community Engagement at communications@shore.nsw.edu.au
As the Archives Oral History Project began in the 1970's, there is a large collection of interviews. A selection of these interviews will be available progressively on this website.

Shore Archives welcomes donations of items relating to the school such as photographs, school books, and uniforms. This includes contemporary items as these will eventually become tomorrow's history.
Please note that space is limited and any items accepted for donation are on the condition of appraisal of the Archivist.
8.00am-3.30pm, School Term time only. Walk-ins welcome (please sign-in at Graythwaite Reception first). The museum is located in the small sandstone building behind Graythwaite.
